Established to produce gravity slicers with blade diameters 220-250-275, over the years it has expanded its range to include the production of gravity and vertical stainless-steel slicers with diameters 300-350-370.

In 1976 the production of the CHEF vegetable cutters with their several cutting discs began, and in 1983 the CHEF PIZZA cutters were launched, patented devices well known on the market that have enabled C.EL.ME to position itself among the leading companies in the sector of electrical equipment for hotel and community use.

For the year 2000, the new patented PAL rounding machines and the new high-performance Magnum TV 330 vegetable cutters – cheese cutters were put into production.

 

The factory in Truccazzano, on the outskirts of Milan, was expanded and renovated in 1999, and it now has a surface of 4,500 square metres.

C.EL.ME exports more than 60% of its production, and it is present in all EU countries, Central and South America, the Middle East, Russia, Australia, and Asia, offering its national and international customers a 100% Made in Italy quality product, the result of the management’s policy of designing and manufacturing innovative machines that have enabled the company to develop.
