TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
DIV 300 PORTIONING MACHINE: Divides 30 kg of dough into portions ranging from 20 to 300 gr.
The portion weight is determined by a sensor that measures the distance between the dough coming out of the cone and the cutting knife; with precise adjustments to this distance, all portion sizes can be obtained with the two cones (diameters of 45 and 70 mm included).
Accuracy of the weight depends on the type of dough inserted. It must have the right moisture content and be firm enough to stay in place until it intercepts the sensor.
A margin of error between 3-5% is within normal range.
All of the machine’s internal components are made from stainless steel.
The machine includes all safety mechanisms required by CE standards for professional use.
