CHEF MAGNUM TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
CHEF MAGNUM. The Magnum TV330 is a machine designed for vegetable and cheese preparation in large restaurants, catering centres, and pizzerias; manufactured entirely in stainless steel with a patented anti-corrosion treatment certified for contact with food.
It can be equipped with different attachments, depending on the type of cut desired.
The movable support with wheels is included with the machine.
Thanks to a wide range of available cutting discs, produced in-house, it is possible to obtain all types of desired cuts, for both vegetables and cheeses. The powerful, two-speed motor ensures high-performance not only for cutting vegetables, but also for cutting cheeses.
With a disc diameter of 330 mm, the machine can achieve a production rate of between 400 and 1800 kg per hour.
An inverter version is also available, making it possible to regulate the speed of the disc, which can vary from 80 to 450 RPM.
The Magnum TV330 is manufactured in compliance with CE standards for professional use.
