MEM TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The MEM 12-22 series of meat grinders has been designed as a professional series, manufactured in stainless steel and Niploy cast iron.
Each machine is equipped with a high-power, professional, single-phase, ventilated motor with an oil bath reducer.
All of the parts that come into contact with food are easily detachable to facilitate use and cleaning.
The plates and knife are made of stainless steel.
The machines are equipped with a reset switch and comply with CE standards for professional use.
