The series of immersion blenders has been designed for professional kitchens.
The blending shaft can be used to prepare vegetable bisques, fruit mousses, purées, sauces, etc.. The whisking attachment can be used with the variable-speed motor unit, making it perfect for whipping cream or egg whites or preparing creams, mousses, etc..
The wide range of equipment makes it possible to process between 2 and 200 litres depending on the power of the motor unit.
Special attention has been given to ergonomics, durability, and ease of use, featuring a quick-release system for easily changing accessories that ensures perfect hygiene.
Built with double IP34-rated insulation and all parts that come into contact with food made from stainless steel.
All machines come with a wall mount.
The motors are single-phase and equipped with thermal protection in compliance with CE standards.
