Two different machines: one for dicing and one for shredding.
The dicing machine can also shred, while the shredding machine cannot dice.
For best results, we recommend slicing the mozzarella at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C.
The machine is manufactured in compliance with CE standards for professional use.
Manufactured entirely in stainless steel with a patented anti-corrosion treatment for food, removable lid, ventilated motor, gear driven transmission, and 24V resettable switch.
